Hawa DDS

HAWA DDS is an IT platform for Due Diligence and Traceability of Timber Orgin, developed by the Handicraft and Wood Industry Association of Ho Chi Minh city (HAWA).

This platform shall help Vietnamese and international companies to trace the origin of wood and wooden products manufatured in Vietnam by scanning the accompanied QR Code. It also facilitates them to practice Responsible Timber Trade by performing due diligence on timber origin before deciding any wood material or wooden products, thereby complying well the VPA FLEGT signed between Vietnam and EU.
